Refunds and Returns Policy:

1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all of our medical education courses. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you can request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

2. To request a refund, please contact us via email at admin@ENTinduction.co.uk with your purchase details and the reason for your request.

3. Once we receive your request, we will review it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds will not be issued for any course that has been commenced/completed, or where any materials that have been downloaded.

6. In case of a technical issue, we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund.
